We’re almost there! Lets configure Radarr quickly so that we can download movies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

General Configuration<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Settings\/Media Management<\/code>. Click Show Advanced<\/code>. Check Rename Movies<\/code>. Hit Save Changes<\/code>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Configure Indexers<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

This is almost exactly the same as sonarr. I’m just going to cover this with screenshots.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sabnzbd<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Configure Download Clients<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Click the menu item for Download Clients. Again, this is almost the same as Sonarr.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

And make sure to add the Remote Path Mappings<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Security<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

I also recommend setting a username and password, especially if you want to access this outside of your network via reverse proxy. That is under Settings\/General<\/code>. Scroll down to Security<\/code>. I prefer form login page, add a username and password.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Import Existing Movies<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Click on the Movies menu item. Click the Import Existing Movies button.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Click Start Import<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Navigate to your movies directory. This will be your internally mapped \/completed\/movies directory<\/code>, which should be \/movies<\/code>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Now Select the \/movies directory form the import page.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Radarr will then start processing your movies. When it has finished finding all of the movies click Import Movies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You should see events popping up in the lower left. Wait until all of your movies have completed before moving on<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you have a REALLY large library. I recommend stopping processing occasionally and importing periodically. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Verifying <\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Lets try and download some movies. Open up Movies\/Add New<\/code> from the menu. Search for a movie and then click on the link. If you have multiple movie folders, pick the correct one from Root Folder<\/code>. Choose a Quality Profile<\/code> from the dropdown, make sure that Start search for missing movie<\/code> is checked and hit the Add Movie<\/code> button.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you click on Activity\/History<\/code> you should see your movie queued up. Hover over the cloud download icon and it will tell you which download client is handling the request.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You can also manually pick a source by unchecking Start search for missing movie<\/code> before hitting Add Movie. Go back into the movie page and then choose the Search<\/code> tab<\/p>\n\n\n\n
